To earn credits toward the purchase of a new home:

1. Rent at a Renaissance Development Apartment Community for at least one year.
2. Sign up for Renaissance Rent Rewards–it’s FREE!!
3. Complete the terms of your apartment lease in good standing.
   

Congratulations!

You’ve earned Renaissance Rent Rewards worth up to 25% of your 12 months of rent!
To redeem your Rent Rewards credit:

1. Visit a Renaissance Homes Community where you’d like to live and select a patio home,
   townhome or condominium.
2. Provide proper notice to Apartment office.
3. Use your rent credit to reduce your closing costs or the cost of upgrades*.
4. Complete your financing, close within 45 days of lease expiration and move into your new home!
